Hours: (Apply online only) Monday to Friday

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Elevation People Solutions are currently recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives / FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established operation based in Warwick.

This role is working within a warehouse environment which will require to move in and out of a chilled environment (approximately -8C / 18F), supporting the movement and handling of goods across freezer and chiller areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT driver looking for consistent hours and a long-term opportunity within a structured warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance FLT to move stock safely and efficiently.
• Transporting goods between freezer and chilled storage areas
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Putting stock away into designated locations
• Picking and preparing goods for dispatch
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working in chilled / cold temperatures
• Good understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to support across different warehouse duties.
