Package & Earning Potential
- £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)
- 40% commission commission (*once you bank £10.5k)

Role Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality, fee‑free mortgage & protection advice
- Managing a steady flow of pre‑qualified, high‑intent leads
- Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to completion
- Working collaboratively with dedicated admin, case management, and compliance teams
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
What We’re Looking For
- Fully CeMAP‑qualified
- Proven experience as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer‑focused approach
- Comfortable working independently, remotely, or within a hybrid setup
- Someone who values quality advice over pressure‑based selling
