The Company:

Madison Berkeley have been instructed by a well-established real estate investment company who are looking to strengthen their commercial property management team in London. This forward thinking property company primarily invest into London & Regional office assets and hold approximately £2bn currently management. The company has an impressive track record of driving value, creating innovative spaces, and working closely with occupiers to deliver modern office suites.

The Role:

As a commercial property manager, you will support a Senior Asset Manager on an allocated portfolio of service charge offices in London and surrounding areas.

You'll be fully responsible for all day-to-day Property & Asset Management matters including:

  • Conducting regular site visits
  • Tenant liaison and key relationship management.
  • Managing planned capex projects, refurbishments and overseeing developmets.
  • Rent collections & arrears management.
  • Service charge management, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Supporting with leasing, lettings, rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • ESG & Sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.

This job opportunity is ideally suited for an MRICS Qualified Surveyor with current client side experince or for a commercially minded surveyor working for a consultancy looking to take their first step client side.

Essential Experince & Qualifications:

  • MRICS Qualified (Preferred but not essential)
  • Current office property management experience (Essential)
  • Competent with “Service Charge” Budgets & Recs (Essential)
  • Prior asset management exposure (Desirable)
  • Tenant liaison & reporting experience (Essential)
  • ESG / Sustainability Experience (Essential)
  • Motivated & inclusive character, willing to work collaboratively with FM's, AM's Senior Stakeholders and external professionals.
