dSb is exclusively working for a growing, design-led premium brand who is looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that improve the systems, processes and operational foundations and ways of working within the retail sector.

This is a newly created and pivotal role and you’ll be someone who can turn ideas into action, keep momentum going, and ensure improvements truly take hold.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate company priorities into clear operational roadmaps and actionable plans across the business
  • Review and document existing processes, identifying opportunities to improve how they work
  • Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and visibility across operations
  • Support implementation of operational systems and tools, including ERP and WMS platforms
  • Plan and deliver projects end-to-end — defining scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success measures
  • Keep stakeholders informed and aligned through clear communication and documentation
  • Lead change management activities to ensure new processes are successfully adopted
  • Define and track KPIs, producing regular updates and post-implementation reviews

Experience Required:

  • Experience in operations or project management, ideally with background in fashion/apparel or consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, production, or retail environments
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication skills with a range of stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working with ERP or operational systems
  • Project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
  • Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma)
  • Change management or business analysis experience

This role is based full-time onsite and candidates would need to be based within a commutable area to the Nottinghamshire area and have full right to work in the UK.
