Job Description
This is a contract position that will initially run for a 6 months period, subject to a potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage project scopes for offshore and onshore cable projects
– Choosing the most economical, safe and successful method to carry out the project
– Lead project teams including project engineers, subcontractors and partners across all
project phases
– Provide engineering input from initial assessment through to technical and economic
feasibility
– Prepare and review technical and non technical reports, including specifications, proposals,
and contracts
– Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
– Attend client and site visits as required
– Participate in vessel mobilizations and various site operations, including offshore team
activities.
– Preside over meetings with clients, authorities and other contractors on site
– Site administration, cost controlling and budgeting.
– Plan, coordinate, and manage end to end subsea cable installation projects (HV export and
inter array cables)
– Provide regular project reporting and documentation to stakeholders
– Support tender(Bidding) preparation , including tender analysis, selection of installation
method, cost estimate, and etc.
Requirements:
– Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marine, Engineering,
Renewable Energy, Environmental)
– Minimum 10 years of relevant industry or operational EPCI experience
– Experience working with offshore vessels, marine logistics, and cable lay operations
– Fluent in English, oral and written
– Strong communication skills.
