An ambitious, well-invested food manufacturer is looking for a driven Production Manager to lead a large, high-performing team during an exciting phase of growth and operational improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have real ownership, strong senior backing, and clear progression.
The Role
You’ll take full responsibility for daily production operations in a high-volume environment, leading up to 100 colleagues and driving performance across:
- Safety & food safety (GMP)
- Quality & audit readiness
- Output, waste & efficiency
- Service levels (99%+)
- Team development & performance culture
You’ll be visible on the shop floor, using data, LEAN principles and strong leadership to raise standards and deliver results.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Production Management experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Strong LEAN / CI knowledge
- Experience leading large teams
- Data-driven decision making
- Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems
- A confident leader who sets standards and develops people
