Attensi’s team now consists of more than 200+ Game Changers across our offices in London, Oslo and Boston. We are growing the commercial team and seeking to expand our international growth.

Role

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Director to focus on building our Healthcare sector. This is a key role in our growth and is reflected in both the remuneration and opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be smart, analytical, commercial and curious, with an insight‑driven approach to generating leads, converting them to meetings and communicating Attensi’s unique value proposition to land and develop new client relationships. The role is based in London and focuses on the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Identify ideal customers and pursue conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies, leveraging our proven playbook the “Attensi way of Selling”.
  • Prospect, generate leads and increase awareness about Attensi in the professional services space through industry events, exhibitions and webinars.
  • Map and specify organisational challenges, training and development needs with prospective customers.
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to provide operational support and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the broader Attensi commercial team to develop best practices and grow the organisation.

Qualifications

  • BSc degree or higher
  • Client facing Healthcare sales background
  • Experience building strong, trusting relationships with prospects and clients to become a trusted partner at both professional and personal levels
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a client facing sales role
  • Experience establishing relationships with CIOs and Senior IT stakeholders
  • Previous experience with business development and enterprise sales is ideal, but can be developed with the right motivation and skillset

Your Role Will Include
