Corporate Partner – National Law firm, award winning.
My client are a UK100 Law firm, with a award winning corporate team that is very close to the top for levels of corporate activity across the UK as a whole. It has recently invested into Birmingham with new offices and now seeks an established corporate partner to lead their team. You will have the full support of the wider national team which is keen to invest heavily into Brum. Other practices are already established now in the office. Potential of course for equity here for the right following, but an open mind on the person. You will definitely need to be someone that enjoys business development and knows the Birmingham market well. Happy to have confidential chats with partners who want to know more and first interview will be exploratory in the strictest of confidence. Also interested in experienced solicitors at LD level, keen to step up.
Responsibilities
- Lead the corporate team in Birmingham with the backing of the wider national team.
- Drive business development and deepen market presence in Birmingham.
- Collaborate with other practices already established in the Birmingham office.
- Support potential equity opportunities for the right following.
- Engage in confidential discussions with partners and prospective candidates; initial interviews to be exploratory and in confidence.
- Consider experienced solicitors at LD level who are keen to step up.

- Proven ability to lead a team and contribute to national firm growth.
- Demonstrated appetite for business development and client relationship management.
