Eton Bridge Partners is working in exclusive partnership with an international retail business, on a high growth journey, who is seeking to appoint an experienced FP&A leader to drive the professionalisation and performance of their finance function with a clear focus on value creation and providing high‑impact insights to the CFO and wider Board as a key strategic partner.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will be a key strategic partner to the CFO and wider Board.
This is a great opportunity for a strategic and transformational FP&A leader to be pivotal in the continued growth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and develop insightful monthly board reporting pack
- Work closely with the CFO, supporting commercial decisions
- Ensure relevant KPIs and metrics are reported on and fully understood
- Lead on cyclical budgeting, planning and forecasting processes
- Provide ad-hoc commercial analysis and financial modelling support
- Lead, motivate and develop the FPu002F&A/Commercial finance teams
Candidate Criteria
- Qualified Accountant
- The chosen candidate must have current/recent experience leading FP&A within multi-site retail or multi-site consumer services
- Experienced, driven and systems savvy Senior FP&A Professional
- Experience professionalising/building an FP&A function – have led change and transformation
- Finance leader who can operate with a high degree of autonomy
