️ About the role
We are looking for a hands‑on IT and security professional to own everything: device management, user onboarding, compliance programmes, and customer-facing SSO configuration. You will be joining a lean, fast-moving team and building the internal infrastructure that lets us scale without breaking.
You’ll be responsible for:
Owning internal IT operations. Device provisioning and management across a Mac fleet using Jamf. Google Workspace administration. SaaS access management, software licensing, and IT asset inventory. User onboarding and offboarding, end to end.
Building our security and compliance posture. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 programmes. Security policies, awareness, and audit processes. Security questionnaires from enterprise prospects. You will own compliance as a function, not just a checklist.
Managing customer-facing SSO. Enterprise SSO setup and configuration (SAML/OIDC) for our customers. Managing the technical back‑and‑forth with customer IT and security teams. Working with engineers to automate what is currently a manual process. This is increasingly critical to our enterprise deals.
Designing the systems that scale. The informal processes that got us to 40 people will not carry us to 100. You will build the tooling, documentation, and workflows that make IT and security repeatable, auditable, and fast.
