Private Equity Infrastructure Investments – Analyst

The Opportunity

They are seeking an Analyst to join their Infrastructure & Real Assets team. This individual will play a key role in supporting transactions and advisory mandates across global infrastructure sectors, working closely with senior professionals and contributing to all stages of the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, refine, and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate fund commitments, secondary transactions, co-investments, and direct opportunities.
• Analyse financial statements, commercial forecasts, valuation outputs, and develop scenario and sensitivity assessments.
• Prepare high‑quality investment memos, presentations, and committee materials that clearly articulate investment theses and recommendations.
• Conduct detailed market research and due diligence across a wide range of infrastructure and real asset sub‑sectors.
• Present well‑reasoned viewpoints, defend analyses, and contribute to internal discussions and investment committee debates.
• Support senior team members in managing deal pipelines, screening opportunities, and engaging with clients.
• Interact with clients to deliver advisory materials and assist in ongoing mandates as needed.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance advisory, transaction services, or a comparable analytical role.
• Experience within private markets (fund investing, co-investments, secondaries, or direct investing) is highly valued.
• Demonstrated transaction exposure across M&A, structured financings, or due diligence processes.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce professional, investor‑ready materials in English.
• Additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Danish) are advantageous.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with a proactive mindset and strong intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable working within an international team environment and managing multiple competing priorities.
