We00re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue and demand generation for Coaches0Voice. This role owns the marketing engine that drives B2C subscription revenue and generates awareness and leads for B2B partnerships. You will shape strategy and execute campaigns across social, CRM, paid, and other channels, delivering measurable commercial growth across Coaches2 Voice0s market-leading products.

What You2ll Do
- Own and grow the Coaches0 Voice marketing funnel (B2C + B2B): Drive audience growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition across our products, ensuring marketing activity translates into measurable revenue impact.
- Lead multi-channel growth campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns across social, CRM, paid, and partnerships to drive user acquisition, product engagement, and conversion.
- Scale Coaches0 Voice2s global coaching audience: Expand our reach among coaches, clubs, and football professionals worldwide, building a high-value audience that supports both B2C and B2B growth.
- Own social distribution and audience engagement: Ensure Coaches0 Voice shows up distinctively across social platforms while driving traffic, leads, and conversions from these channels.
- Drive lifecycle marketing and CRM performance: Develop segmentation, email campaigns, and lifecycle journeys that nurture audiences and increase conversion, retention, and customer value.
- Optimise and experiment across channels: Continuously test formats, campaigns, and channels to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth: Work closely with content, product, partnerships, paid acquisition, CRM, design, and sales teams to deliver joined-up campaigns and measurable results.
What You2ll Bring
Required
- Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to drive audience growth, lead generation, or revenue through marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, CRM, and/or paid.
- Analytical mindset and confidence using data to guide decisions and optimise campaigns.
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Passion for football, coaching, sport, or education.
