About the role

A creative agency is looking for an Influencer Account Manager to support on recently won projects across FMCG, tech and healthcare brands.

This role is ideal for someone with agency-side influencer marketing experience who enjoys managing creator partnerships from sourcing through to campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with senior team members who will support strategy and client leadership, while you help drive the day-to-day execution of influencer programmes.

The team are looking for someone organised, proactive and culturally aware who understands how to identify the right creators and build strong relationships with talent and management agencies.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Source and research creators aligned with campaign audiences and brand positioning
  • Manage outreach and relationship building with influencers and talent management agencies
  • Support negotiation of fees, deliverables and usage rights
  • Coordinate influencer seeding and product gifting programmes
  • Track deliverables, timelines and approvals across campaigns
  • Work closely with creative and social teams to ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals
  • Assist with reporting and campaign wrap-ups, including performance insights and learnings

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working within an influencer marketing agency or agency social team
  • Hands-on experience with influencer sourcing, outreach and campaign coordination
  • Confidence managing creator relationships and talent managers
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Please note: This role is best suited to candidates who have previously worked agency-side managing influencer campaigns, rather than solely as a content creator or brand ambassador.
