Job Description:Lead and develop the GP training program Support and mentor supervisors and trainees Collaborate with the wider clinical team Contribute to practice growth and strategic planning Experience as a GP Trainer Leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team Passion for teaching and developing others Average 12 patients per session (15 min appointments) Duty: 1 day per week Minimal home visits Up to £13,000 per session 6 weeks holiday, 1 week CPD support, NHS Pension MDU contribution provided Lead a growing training practice across two sites Influence and develop the next generation of GPs Supportive team and leadership environment Potential path to partnership
