About the Role

To lead the product management function across HiFi, Active Speakers, and portable/Headphones.

You’ll manage a team of 2 Product Managers, shaping roadmap and company strategy.

The role demands deep ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners.
  • Set clear expectations, coach decision making, build capability.
  • Define long-term product strategy across categories.
  • Identify opportunities based on market trends, competition, customer needs, and technology.
  • Own category roadmaps aligned with business and commercial targets.

3. Product Discovery & Definition

  • Lead early-stage discovery, concept validation, and proposition development.
  • Produce clear MRDs and guide PRDs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Design.

4. Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Drive product development through stage gates.
  • Work closely with Engineering, ID, QA, Ops, Marketing.
  • Support packaging, documentation, and launch assets.

5. Commercial Ownership

  • Define target price points.
  • Support forecasting and volume planning.
  • Lead post-launch monitoring, refresh, iteration, and EOL.

6. Voice of the Customer

  • Engage directly with customers, reviewers, regions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in the Product Management of audio products.
  • Deep understanding of competitive landscape and technology trends.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI as a day‑to‑day copilot to accelerate research, improve decision‑making, sharpen documentation, and deliver better products faster.
  • Excellent communication and organisation.

Working Pattern & Duration

This is a full-time permanent role.

Location – Remote/Hybrid (UK Based)

This role is ideally based at our London HQ for an agreed number of days a week, with WFH realistically forming a large part of your working time. The ideal candidate will live within reasonable commuting distance of London Bridge.

That said, we may be open to applications from outside London if you are willing and able to travel to London as and when required, and you demonstrate to us in your application a compelling reason that you are the right person for this role, and you are within a +1 hour time zone difference.

Competitive salary, based on experience.
