We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuary to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to their growth in the UK Actuarial and DB Pensions market.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage client relationships by overseeing the delivery of high-quality work, implementing tailored client advice, and agreeing on fee structures that meet expectations.
- Drive business growth by assisting in the development of business plans, building a robust client portfolio, and actively identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team by setting clear targets for direct reports, participating in recruitment and retention efforts, and fostering staff development through mentorship and training.
Qualifications
- An experienced Actuary with extensive knowledge of the UK Actuarial and DB Pensions market.
- Hold a Scheme Actuary Practising Certificate from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, or be happy to obtain.
- Possess a strong awareness of industry dynamics, including competitor businesses and services.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership.
