We’re expanding our fast‑growing Alliance & Channels team and seeking a Global Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and close global partner opportunities that expand our reach and deliver long‑term value. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll shape strategy, drive deals end‑to‑end, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the business.

What you will do
- Build and qualify a global pipeline of strategic alliance and channel opportunities.
- Develop compelling partner value propositions and lead negotiations through to contract signature.
- Manage and grow executive‑level relationships with partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for smooth post‑contract delivery and partner enablement.
- Localise and enhance sales, training, and marketing materials to support partner success.
- Establish ongoing governance and performance rhythms to drive partner revenue growth.
What makes you a strong fit
- 6+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare, life sciences, or technology partnerships.
- Skilled communicator with strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Results‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic global environment.
- Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and driving deals from lead to close.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field (MBA a plus).
