Salary: £30,024, Working 36.25 hours per week, 2‑year contract. Location: Bury Council, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury, Lancashire (occasionally at Tootle Building, Manchester City Centre). Closing date: 2nd April 2026 23:59 pm. Interviews likely in May 2026.
About the Role
The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) seeks a graduate to support the Bury Districts and their Place Based Directorship. The role involves planning, development surveying, regeneration, economic development, building control, environmental health, housing & housing strategy, climate change, delivery and planning policy.
