We’re on the lookout for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our tech team and play a key role in crafting user-friendly voice experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development of an innovative no-code platform, making dialogue systems accessible to non-tech team members. Collaborating with a diverse engineering team, you’ll contribute to a cohesive and scalable codebase. Your focus includes implementing new features on our platform. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Developing a no-code platform to empower non-technical staff to configure intricate dialogue systems and create new voice experiences for users.
- Contributing to the implementation of our multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Taking a major role in our software development, through writing code, tests, as well as contributing to design ideas, documents and performing code reviews.
- Collaborating with other full stack engineers to improve both your own and their code, promoting a unified development environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years professional experience in a software development role
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design and complexity analysis
- Experience with React
- At least one other modern coding language such as Python, Go, or Java
- Familiarity with Git
- Working proficiency in verbal and written English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with one or more cloud services: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, Cypress
- Experience with Agile processes such as scrum, kanban, sprints etc.
- A love of learning and enjoyment of trying new things
- A background or interest in building low‑code platforms
- Finds enjoyment in technical challenges and wants to contribute directly to solutions
