We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Wellingborough. The home is Ofsted-rated Outstanding, registered as a three-bedded service, but has been utilised as a solo placement for the past two years, offering highly individualised care in a calm, supportive environment.
The organisation specialises in supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). With low occupancy, the home fosters a family-style, nurturing environment, prioritising the wellbeing and development of the young person placed.
Role Overview
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home. This includes:
- Maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
- Leading day-to-day operations
- Supervising staff and ensuring smooth running of the home
- Ensuring positive outcomes for the young person placed
