This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be out on client sites, solving problems, keeping systems running smoothly, and building great relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend client sites to carry out servicing, repairs and system checks
- Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a professional representative at all times
- Plan daily work schedules and ensure the correct tools and materials are available
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of site visits
- Liaise with clients on‑site to answer queries and provide updates
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Strong problem‑solving ability with a practical, hands‑on approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with good time management
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable, proactive and detail‑oriented
- Full, clean UK driving licence
