We are a fast‑growing fire‑safety design consultancy that has doubled in size in under a year. The team comprises talented engineers, consultants and support staff who are passionate about safety, innovation and building something meaningful from the ground up.

We are seeking a Fire Safety Engineer to join our London team. The role offers a collaborative, flexible working environment and a strong focus on professional development, training and internal progression while delivering high‑quality fire safety solutions across a range of sectors.

Salary Package

• Basic salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
• 9‑day working fortnight (every other Friday off)

Key Duties

• Support the delivery of fire safety projects from initial concept through to completion
• Prepare fire strategies, technical reports, calculations and supporting drawings
• Apply fire safety principles and building regulations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidance
• Work closely with senior engineers, directors, clients and design teams to develop practical fire safety solutions
• Attend project meetings and contribute technical input where required
• Manage allocated tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in fire safety engineering or a closely related discipline
• A good understanding of fire safety regulations and their practical application
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety engineering or a related field
