This role will be managing a Secondary desk with some exciting existing clients and huge potential for growth. It’s perfect for someone who loves building relationships, developing business, and wants the opportunity to hit the ground running and create something special.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of a 360 desk with huge potential and the support to truly make it your own.
You’ll build strong, long-term relationships with schools and candidates while driving your desk forward. There’s a clear pathway into Principal Consultant or Team Lead roles for those looking to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and growing an established client base
- Building meaningful, long-term partnerships
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Delivering a consistently high level of service
