A leading Tier 2 contractor is seeking a site-based PQS for a two-year, £20m façade project in Brighton.

The Essentials

• Role: Full commercial package management (Procurement → Final Account).
• Setup: Reporting to a Senior QS within a structured, supportive team.
• Project: Live residential remediation (Non-corporate, technically focused).
• Location: 100% site-based. Must live within 45 mins of Brighton.

The Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (Required).
• Main Contractor experience.
• Façade/Remediation exposure (Highly preferred).
