Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic EUK Product Lead to drive product development, lifecycle management and market positioning across the UK and European markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on market insight, product innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and who is passionate about bringing high-quality professional tools to the trades.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute product strategies for the EUK market based on market and competitor insights
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to launch and discontinuation
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to guide product direction
  • Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with global R&D teams
  • Define product specifications and value propositions aligned with customer pain points
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Drive go-to-market strategies including pricing, packaging, and promotional plans
  • Build business cases for new product initiatives and monitor post-launch performanceEngage with distributors, end users, and trade professionals to gather feedback
  • Represent OX Tools at trade shows and industry events across the EUK region
  • Ensure products meet EU/UK regulatory and safety standards before launch

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within tools or durable consumer goods
  • Strong understanding of UK and European markets and distribution models
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen with experience building business cases
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Technical aptitude to translate product mechanics into customer benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
