Contract Administrator / Project Manager & CAD Technician – York – Office Based

Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking a Contract Administrator for a client based in York and Hull for full time employment.

  • 5+ years’ experience in the hospitality sector
  • Full UK Driving License – travelling across the UK is essential to this role
  • Office based and remote working
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and running meeting taking minutes
  • Knowledge of cost management within the interior design sector
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working in project management roles
  • Knowledge of building regulations, statutory applications, accessibility standards
  • Experience coordinating and producing detail drawing packages from initial site survey is required
  • Portfolio of work

Salary 30-40k
