Front Office Team Leader – Join Our Front Office Leadership Team! Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We’re looking for a dedicated Front Office Team Leader to join our front office team. In this dynamic role, you’ll work a variety of shifts, including Receptionist, while regularly stepping up as Shift Leader.
In This Role, You Will
- Warmly welcome guests and provide ongoing support and leadership to the Reception team.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable manner that reflects our brand values.
- Lead daily front desk operations, ensuring all team members understand and follow departmental policies and procedures.
- Supervise and motivate the team to consistently meet service standards and create memorable guest experiences.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns, taking ownership and following up with relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate daily priorities to your team, helping personalise the service experience for every guest.

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Opera is preferable
- Fluency in English
- Customer Service experience
- Right to work in the UK
