Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Import Coordinator with 5+ years in freight forwarding, specialising in Ocean imports. You’ll handle UK import shipments from start to finish, ensuring customs compliance and top‑tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Ocean Import shipments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
• Ensure timely billing and invoicing.
• Work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK import freight forwarding.
• Solid understanding of UK customs procedures and CDS.
• Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in logistics and invoicing software.
