Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Import Coordinator with 5+ years in freight forwarding, specialising in Ocean imports. You’ll handle UK import shipments from start to finish, ensuring customs compliance and top‑tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Ocean Import shipments.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
- Ensure timely billing and invoicing.
- Work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UK import freight forwarding.
- Solid understanding of UK customs procedures and CDS.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics and invoicing software.
