Job Title: Client Success Executive
Reporting to: Territory Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid – Bristol (2-3 days in a local office Hub)

What will you be doing?

- Own your portfolio: Develop and deliver strategic growth plans for small–medium accounts in your region.
- Be the face of Newcross: Act as the go‑to contact for your clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Drive meaningful growth: Use CRM insights to identify opportunities, boost engagement, and maximise revenue.
- Become a trusted advisor: Understand client needs, solve challenges proactively, and champion our tech‑first approach.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with internal teams to share insights and deliver better‑than‑ever outcomes.
- Champion our brand: Represent Newcross at events and online — proudly sharing our mission and impact.
What you’ll bring
- A genuine passion for helping people and building strong relationships
- Experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or client management role (regulated or premium sectors a bonus)
- Brilliant communication and negotiation skills — confident, influential, and personable
- A growth mindset: motivated, adaptable, and results‑driven
- Solid analytical and organisational skills — comfortable using data to guide decisions
- Tech savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile apps
- Energy, enthusiasm, and resilience — you thrive in a fast‑moving environment
- Healthcare staffing or services knowledge is a big plus (but not essential!)
