Fire is growing its UK presence and is looking to add a Business Development Representative to its London team. This role plays a key part in developing new client relationships and supporting Fire’s continued growth in the UK market. We are looking for a payments-focused sales professional who can identify new opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and build long-term relationships with clients across the UK payments ecosystem.
The role contributes directly to the evolution of Fire’s payments offering and go-to-market approach.
The successful candidate will bring strong organisation, solid payments knowledge, and a professional, relationship-led approach to sales. At Fire, work is collaborative, with close interaction across leadership, product, and marketing teams.

Fire positions itself as the complete solution for integrated payments. We work with technology-focused start-ups, scale-ups, corporate businesses, and some of Europe’s largest financial institutions, delivering highly integrated, high-volume payment processes and embedded services.
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify and manage new sales opportunities. Fire’s go-to-market strategy focuses on the corporate market, helping businesses bring products to market by providing integrated payment services that support automation as part of their offering.
You will work with a broad client base, including corporate businesses, platforms, fintechs, and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities include:
You will report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the CEO, while also collaborating with the marketing and product teams. You will be expected to actively contribute to Fire’s go-to-market planning and develop a strong understanding of Fire’s payment solutions and technical capabilities.
Fire is a fast-growing, established fintech with offices in Dublin and London. The role offers the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the growth of a payments business operating at scale.
Fire offers a competitive salary and commission structure. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week based in our Shoreditch, London office.
