We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-end residential refurbishment projects from commencement through to completion. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for overseeing works on site, managing trades and subcontractors, and ensuring all elements of the project are delivered to an exceptional standard. You will maintain a strong on-site presence, driving programme performance while upholding the highest levels of craftsmanship, presentation, and attention to detail expected. A key part of the role involves coordinating and monitoring trade timelines to ensure works are sequenced efficiently and delivered in accordance with the agreed programme. You will carry out ongoing quality control inspections, maintain detailed photographic records of progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery. Maintaining site standards, health and safety compliance, and overall project organisation will be central to your responsibilities. You will also act as the primary liaison between clients and senior management, providing clear communication and professional reporting throughout the project lifecycle. This includes producing regular progress reports, compiling photographic evidence, managing client updates, and escalating key matters where required. The role demands strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-end refurbishments to the highest possible finish.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm or sometimes 7am – 3pm
Salary: £25 – £28 hourly

We also require basic IT skills (Word, Excel, email). Must have a driving licence and van; we pay petrol, parking congestion. We do not pay parking tickets.
