Responsibilities
Main duties:
- To be the main point of contact with clients, building relationships with the aim to increase sales while ensuring tour operations are managed efficiently.
- Develop a relationship with clients to understand their needs, ensuring the products are best suited to increase sales and growth in the Far East.
- Understand the client’s sales cycle to ensure quotes are relevant.
- Support the Far East Sales Team in meeting client requirements, ensuring the best product is offered to maximise sale.
- Responsible for preparing itineraries, costings and quotes.
- Ensure offers are competitive and profitable.
- Resolve client queries as needed.
- Additional tasks may include: supporting the client during a tour, ensuring itineraries, documents, and hotel placements are checked; provide 24-hour emergency assistance; support team members.
- Following a successful probation period, this position is offered on a hybrid working system.

- Salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
- Location: Central London

Candidate’s Profile
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) essential
- Experience working within the travel or tour operations industry needed
- Knowledge of destinations in Great Britain and Ireland beneficial
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task
- IT literate
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
