Overview
As Business Manager and brand ambassador you are responsible for the management of both the counter and team ensuring that 100% exceptional service is in place. By implementing excellent leadership skills and ensuring strong plans are place you will actively drive yourself and your team to achieve / exceed all targets and KPI’s in line with the company strategy. This is a full time role, based in H Beauty – Lakeside.
Main responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed counter productivity target by setting clear objectives per week, per month and per year
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets including clear objectives for each team member in line with company expectations and KPI’s
- IT literate, able to use various forms of technology to report and record both sales and customers
- Implement the Relational Signature in full daily, to ensure we are giving the highest level of service, and reach our brand goals. Ensure the team is also fully compliant, and be responsible for organising relevant coaching if required.
- Aware of key competitor activity and communicate this effectively to the team and report weekly to Area Manager
- Ensure effective plans are in place by implementing weekly activity through on counter events
- Ensure counter diary is utilized effectively for all BC’s to achieve make up return appointment target
- Proactive and able to seek opportunities and promote in store events and outside events to maximise sales
- Ensure that a high level of luxury service is delivered to all customers at all times by all team members
- Implement and build an effective customer loyalty VIP system and that a strong CRM is in place
- Handle customer complaints in an effective and professional manner
- Ensure that the company merchandising guidelines are followed and is adhered to at all times
- Ensure that the correct basic stock levels are maintained on counter and that all stock concerns are reported to Area Manager weekly
- To communicate company strategy and objectives to the team
- Develop each team member through regular coaching by leading by example
- Review each team member performance by conducting a one to one monthly meeting and ensuring that clear objectives are in place
- Support the recruitment process by conducting first stage interviews and on counter auditions to recruit high calibre BC’s
- Manage all counter administration and reporting procedures and to adhere to deadlines
- Build strong relationships with store management and to adhere to stores policies and procedures
- Ensure yourself and the team are groomed in line with company guidelines.
