We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape delightful, intuitive product experiences while building up the foundations of a high performing team. You will be responsible for:
- Building an elegant user interface and delightful product experience in collaboration with other designers and engineers
- Developing standards and best practices to ensure consistency, team cohesion, and craft excellence at scale
Location: London, UK. Our office is located near London Bridge and we like to work in person.
Comp: Total compensation for this role is £150k

What is the role?
As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for building a delightful product experience and shaping a high performing team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of design standards and best practices that scale, ensure team cohesion, and promote craft excellence
- Design elegant, user-centered components and experiences across the Deducta application
- Shape product flows, interactions, and visual designs that promote trust and genuine excitement
- Collaborate with other designers and engineers to prioritize challenges, own solutions from inception through deployment, and launch improvements and new features
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and investigate opportunities for improvement
- Do all of the above with an obsessive focus on end user delight

- Owning design improvements from idea inception through prototyping and deployment
