Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Slough has the requirement for an experienced Temporary Service Advisor to join their Aftersales Team – the client would look at a temporary candidate as well to fill the gap
As a Service Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Meet and Greet CustomersExplain to customers the work due to be carried out on their vehicleCalling customers with progress updates and advise of any work neededLiaising with the Workshop, Parts Department, Valeting team and DriversInvoicing work carried outInvoice explanation and taking paymentEnsuring all Warranty paperwork is correctly completedDelivering the highest level of customer service at all times
Minimum of 2 years previous Service Advisor Experience (or similar)Franchised Dealership ExperienceFull UK driving licence
Basic Salary £28,000 (dependent on experience)On Target Earnings £35,000Ongoing Training & Career Development OpportunitiesComprehensive Benefits PackageTemp to Perm option is also available as an immediate start, or a Temporary only option is available
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 6pmSaturdays (1 in 4) 8am to 12.30pm
