The Role* Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their insurance needs* Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car, home, van, travel, legal protection, GAP insurance, etc.)* Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions* Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
The Person* 3+ years’ experience in insurance sales (desirable)* Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills* Customer-focused, with a passion for service and sales* GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English* Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
