The role of Contract Manager requires a skilled professional to oversee and manage contracts within a portfolio of infrastructure services related contracts across clients in multiple sectors including utilities, telecoms and roads infrastructure.

Description
- Ensure technical plans are delivered utilising CAD
- Contract compliance and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure service delivery
- Manage and oversee all contractual agreements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams and operations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts
- Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies
- Conduct negotiations to achieve favourable terms for the organisation
- Prepare, review, and approve contract documentation
- Collaborate with internal operations/teams to align contract delivery
- Attend client site meetings/site surveys
- Provide regular reports and updates on contract status to senior management
Profile
A successful Contract Manager should have:
- Proven experience in contract management with experience in infrastructure or utilities sector
- The ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools including MS, AutoCAD
- Clean Driving Licence
