We work with over 100 service users ranging from elderly in need of daily support to mental health and learning disabilities in need of more specialist care and attention.
- 13.27 – 14.27 per hour as well as 20.00 per hour on bank holidays

We can employ those without care experienceas our onboarding process includes training, shadowing and ongoing, hands-on support. Regardless of your previous experience, Shire can support you transition into a caring role. Of course, we welcome those with experience also!
We can show flexibility with hours and days to suit you. All we ask is you are a driver and have access to a car and can offer at least one weekend day every other weekend.
As aCarer,you will be required to support a mixture of Service Users throughout a day with:
- Personal care
- Medication
- Meal prep and eating
- Shopping and appointments
- Companionship
- End of life care, where appropriate
