About you: A BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent construction qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, or 7 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Fully CSR Level Black Card Strong knowledge of construction and engineering processes and contracts Proficient in industry-standard software such as COINS, REDSKY, or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams What you’ll do: Lead the commercial management of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality targets Manage contracts (NEC, JCT, bespoke) and oversee change control processes Prepare and manage cost-to-complete assessments, cash flow reports, and weekly commercial reports Coordinate procurement, sub-contractor management, and invoice approvals Conduct project re-measurements, variations, and final account negotiations Support project handover and ensure seamless communication among stakeholder Works are predominantly in ROI, some sites are in or around Dublin, others would be more remote and require a night away, generally you will be office based and conclude site visits once a week but essential for month end measures / final account measures.
