Your new role You will play an important part in the production process, operating machinery, ensuring consistent product quality, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting your team to deliver efficient output. You will receive full training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, reflecting the company’s strong commitment to developing its people. What you’ll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will bring experience from a manufacturing environment, ideally within food production, along with a genuine passion for developing people. You will be motivated, results driven and confident in guiding teams within a fast paced setting. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as is a commitment to operational excellence, innovation and ongoing improvement. A good understanding of production processes, KPIs and working within a quality led environment will further support your success.
