Requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing a Good-rated care homePositive, engaging, and visible leadership styleLevel 5 / Level 4 Management qualification (or equivalent)Strong financial acumen, including budget setting and controlExcellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Responsibilities
Ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered through effective quality assuranceMaintain a proactive, solution-focused approach to feedback and complaintsUse internal systems to monitor and enhance service provisionRecruit, train, and develop staff within the QCF frameworkLead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve agreed targets and deadlinesContribute to annual budget planning and manage budgets effectivelySupport the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plansPromote the home and build strong links with external agencies and the local community
Remuneration
£55,000-£65,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
