Are you an experienced Engineering Leader ready to shape the future of a mission driven product?

This London based tech company is building a platform making a positive impact, a modern SaaS solution designed to improve lives through smart, digital technology.

They’re moving into new phases of the business and are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead their technical direction, scale the team and drive from the front.

You’ll be joining a company that cares deeply about doing good through technology. Their product is designed to bring meaningful improvements to the people and organisations they support. It’s the kind of environment where purpose and innovation meet and where you can directly influence both.

As Head of Engineering, you’ll take ownership of technical strategy, team development, and engineering excellence. Working closely with product and leadership, you’ll help shape the roadmap, drive architectural decisions, and build a high-performing engineering culture.

They work in the office twice a week, so you’ll need to be able to commute to Chilwell on a Monday and Wednesday. Anyone who wants to move into a CTO position over time would be ideal.

You’ll need experience in:

  • Strategic ownership: technical planning, roadmapping, architecture
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers
  • Driving engineering best practices and delivery standards
  • Working cross-functionally with product and leadership teams
  • Representing engineering in client or stakeholder conversations

You’ll need to hold valid right to work (unfortunately, sponsorship isn’t available).

Interviews are already underway – if you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and help build something truly positive, let’s speak.
