The Job

This is a brilliant opportunity with a keen eye for improving processes & a natural influencer who can bring others along on the improvement journey whilst remaining tactful & patient.

We are looking for an experienced CI or Business Process professional with strengths in process mapping, root cause analysis, & identifying process waste & bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate will also be data literate & have strong understanding of process methodologies like Lean / Six Sigma or similar (PDCA, TQM, BPM etc).

This person will be responsible for:

  • Analysing customer and operational journeys
  • Redesigning inefficient processes, and embedding sustainable improvements.
  • Leading workshops & strengthening improvement capability across teams
  • Enhancing performance visibility
  • Supporting strategic transformation through evidence-based change
  • Mentor & train operational staff to improve data-literacy & efficiency

The Skills / Experience Required

  • Must have experience within a CI or Business Process focused role before.
  • Strong grasp on Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies. Lean Six Sigma in particular is useful but also open to other backgrounds (Kaizen, TQM, TOC, BPM, BPR, PDCA).
  • Experience leading workshops, trainings, & presentations.
  • Experience of change or transformation projects also useful.
  • Ability to be tactful when helping colleague through change.
  • Familiarity with Tableau (or similar visualisation tools) is a nice bonus.
