About the Role
Pulse Nursing is seeking professional, experienced A&E nurses to join our team. As an A&E nurse you will work in a fast‑paced environment alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver top‑quality care to patients.

Responsibilities
- Initial patient examination to assess needs
- Fixing dressings and administering medication for pain relief
- Determining appropriate departmental referrals
- Communicating with paramedics and taking over patient care
- Arranging admissions to hospital when necessary
- Collaboration with doctors to update patients and families on results or recommendations
- Coordinating with laboratory personnel to report initial findings to A&E doctors
- Taking basic observations such as pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
Requirements
- NMC registration (minimum 6 months)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a clinical setting
- Framework compliance – DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical references, and updated CV
- Right to work in the UK – proof required
Compensation
Paying between £19.72 – £31.00 per hour, with options for full‑time equivalent hours and various shift patterns.
