Apprentice / Improver Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice / Improver Engineer to join our growing team in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long‑term career in a skilled trade.
You will be working directly alongside the Company Director, gaining hands‑on experience on a variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
Full training will be provided, including support towards obtaining your F‑Gas qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Supporting service and breakdown work on‑site
- Travelling to job sites across Lincolnshire and occasionally London
- Learning industry standards, tools, and safe working practices
- Maintaining a professional approach when working on customer sites
Requirements
- Age 18+
- Ideally 6‑12 months experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or a similar trade (not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Interest in building a career within the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
