Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality and regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, and manage nonconformance and corrective actions. Reporting to the Quality Leader, you will play a key role in audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product and process quality inspections
- Record and report inspection results
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Analyze quality data and identify recurring issues
- Manage nonconformance and corrective actions
- Maintain and approve QMS documentation
- Support internal and external audits
Key Skills
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Data collection and analysis capability
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Good time management
Profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, engineering, or related fields
- HND/HNC (Engineering/Business) or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards preferred
