Quality Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality and regulatory compliance, drive process improvements, and manage nonconformance and corrective actions. Reporting to the Quality Leader, you will play a key role in audits, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform product and process quality inspections
• Record and report inspection results
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Analyze quality data and identify recurring issues
• Manage nonconformance and corrective actions
• Maintain and approve QMS documentation
• Support internal and external audits

Key Skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Data collection and analysis capability
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork
• Good time management

Profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality, engineering, or related fields
• HND/HNC (Engineering/Business) or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of aviation safety standards preferred
