My client are an established IT/Tech Recruitment company looking for someone to join their contracts team. This is a warm desk with existing clients and open jobs in place.
This sector has very high weekly margins and would suit an ambitious contracts Recruiter who is looking to take a positive step in their career. There is an excellent support structure in place, this really is a great chance for a hard working individual to make their name.
You would need to have previous experience running a Temps/Contract desk, but they’re open to most sectors as training and support is in place.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Make sales calls to bring in new business
- Keep in touch with existing business contacts
- Use online tools to effectively network with Clients and Candidates
- Manage the client’s needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates
Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant
- Target or goal oriented
- Previous experience in running a contracts/temp desk
- Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
