The Role
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with a 5-star builder standard
- Conduct property viewings and showcase homes effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and solicitors
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records using CRM systems
- Ensure the sales office and show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide market intelligence, including competitor activity and buyer feedback
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financial referrals where appropriate
- Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is highly desirable
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well‑organised with excellent attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- IT proficient, including CRM systems
- Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays
