The Role

As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will take ownership of the sales journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to legal completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in line with a 5-star builder standard
  • Conduct property viewings and showcase homes effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, and solicitors
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records using CRM systems
  • Ensure the sales office and show homes are always presented to an impeccable standard
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide market intelligence, including competitor activity and buyer feedback
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, including financial referrals where appropriate
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations

About You

  • Previous experience in new homes sales or estate agency is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well‑organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • IT proficient, including CRM systems
  • Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays
