Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients, sub‑contractors, and internal teams, maintaining the strong reputation built over decades.
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, identifying ways to streamline delivery and increase commercial performance.
- Support and mentor contract managers and site teams, helping develop capability and confidence across the business.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all external dealings.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in civil engineering—ideally with experience in highways, local authority, or infrastructure works.
- Hands‑on management skills suited to a fast‑paced, small‑company environment where adaptability counts.
- Technical or academic qualifications (Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness.
